The quickest way in — just describe it
Open the studio and type what you need in one or two sentences: 'a marketing plan for my coffee roastery in Kingston, two partners on a 60/40 split, launching wholesale next spring'. Press 'Read my request' and the engine works out which document you need, who owns the venture, where it trades and what the plan has to achieve. It shows you what it understood, and lists anything it filled in on your behalf.
From there you either press 'Build it now' and go straight to the writing canvas, or 'Review the details first' to check every field before anything is written. Attaching a document to the request — a brief, a set of notes, a spreadsheet export — gives the engine more to read.
The full studio, if you prefer forms
The studio still works in three steps: describe the venture once, choose the document you need, then answer a short brief about that specific document. Everything after that is generated, editable and re-runnable.
Step 1 — Your venture at a glance
Name, country, industry, business type, stage, size and currency, plus how the venture is legally set up and who owns what. Country sets your currency, default paper size and the legal structures on offer. If you don't want to write a description, press 'Write it for me' and the engine drafts a paragraph from the facts you gave; you can edit it afterwards.
Step 2 — Plan type
Pick a card — grouped by what you're trying to do: fund and raise, test and decide, run the business, or grow. If none of them fit, choose 'Something else' and describe the document in plain English. The engine designs a bespoke outline for it.
Step 3 — Brief
Who is reading it, what decision it has to support, the horizon, and the length class. The 'What gets written' preview shows the exact sections before you commit.
- 1Press Build. The engine runs a live market scan first, so the draft is written against current evidence.
- 2Sections are written one at a time and appear as they land — you can start editing section one while section six is still writing.
- 3Save to your library at any point. Signed in, the save syncs to every device.
Nothing you do in the intake is final. Plan type, brief and profile can all be changed later without losing compatible sections.
